Do I need to create an account?
No. When you subscribe, your license key is sent directly to your email. You paste it into the extension — no registration, no password.
What counts as one "use"?
Each successful OCR recognition request counts as one use. Browsing, installing, or activating the extension does not consume your quota.
Can I use the same license on multiple computers?
Yes. Each plan allows up to 3 activated devices. If you need to remove a device (e.g., after replacing a computer), contact support with your license key and we will free up the slot.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
The extension will inform you that your quota is exhausted. Your limit resets automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through LemonSqueezy. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
Is my video content stored on your servers?
No. Screenshots are sent to our servers solely for OCR processing and are never stored or logged. Your privacy is fully protected.
